Abby Rodwell
Abby is a director of PeopleNet Pty Ltd, specialising in the Best Practice of large-scale change management, restructuring and executive coaching. Abby has delivered executive through to operation career management services to private and public sector organisations for the past 20 years. Her approach to career management coaching is highly tailored to the personal and organisational needs of clients with the ability to provide transformational change of a high order. The aim of such change is to positively support the leadership and management objectives of client organisations.
Abby is currently undertaking a PhD in the area of Leadership & the impact of Individual & Team Behaviour at Board Level with the Sydney Business School, Innovation Unit at the University of Wollongong. In 2004 Abby was one of 12 people in the world to complete a Masters in Applied Science Coaching Psychology, at the University of Sydney, the world’s first university post-graduate degree in Coaching Psychology. Abby has a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Psychology & Human Geography, and a Bachelor of Science & Technology majoring in Risk Assessment & Risk Management.
In the past 20 years, Abby has managed and been directly involved in consulting on some of the largest and most successful restructures in Australia. These include but not limited to winning national tenders to provide CTM support for over 2000 roles impacted nationally. The simultaneous restructuring of Johnson & Johnson Medical and Johnson & Johnson Pacific, managing the CTM support for George Weston Foods & Arnott’s during national operation restructures These large-scale projects involved on-site career transition centres and individual career transition programmes over 12 months, and included executive and manufacturing employees.
Abby co-founded PeopleNet in 2003 and is responsible for managing transition, change & executive coaching projects in the FMCG, consumer, pharmaceutical, medical, media, manufacturing, government, finance, information technology, and industry sectors.

Mark Burnicle
Mark is one of the founding directors of PeopleNet Pty Ltd a specialist Human Resources consulting organisation which specialises in delivering industry leading methodologies around large-scale change management, organisational restructuring, executive coaching and team enhancement & development.
Over the past 20 years Mark has managed and directly consulted on some of the most successful large scale restructures across Australia delivering bespoke solutions to clients across the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Media and Entertainment, Government, Publishing, Manufacturing & Finance industries in both major city and regional areas.
With over 30 years’ experience in marketing, general management & business consulting in Australia and North America, Mark brings a breadth of experience and commercial understanding to consulting to major organisations on the subject of minimising potential brand damage during large-scale restructures, risk minimisation and planning the optimum organisational framework post restructure.
After a successful career in Australia with Nestle, Motorola and Good Foods Mark spent a decade consulting to Australian companies setting up in operations in the United States and running a leading health and sports nutrition business before returning to Australia in 1997 when approached to join Morgan & Banks to manage and rebuild the consumer team in the recruitment division. Shortly afterwards Mark was offered the opportunity to replicate his successful results in the Career Transition Management group.
Since then he has been at the forefront of leading a new direction in outplacement methodology and processes, and has been instrumental in developing PeopleNet as a strategic, solution focused results orientated company that delivers to organisations and candidates alike. Mark is passionate in designing tailored solutions to protect client brands during major restructures and in ensuring that impacted employees receive totally individualised career transition solutions to suit their distinct needs and objectives.
During the past 17 years Mark has managed or been directly involved in some of the largest and most successful large-scale and long-term site closures in Australia, including Arnott’s Biscuits Limited, Estee Lauder Pty Ltd, George Weston Foods, Johnson & Johnson and Luxfer Gas Cylinders, Alberto Culver, Carter Holt Harvey and St George Bank.
Mark holds a Masters of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
