Abby spearheads PeopleNet’s mission to deliver bespoke transformation for organisations, teams, and individuals. Co-founding PeopleNet in 2003, Abby is responsible for managing transformations, change, career transition management, and executive coaching projects in the healthcare, consumer, manufacturing, government, finance, information technology, and industrial sectors.

For the past 21 years, Abby has managed and been directly involved in consulting on the largest and most successful transformation and change projects in Australia. She has specialised in best practice large-scale transformation, change management, executive coaching, and senior leadership team development in private and public sector organisations.

Abby’s approach to executive coaching and leadership development is highly tailored to the personal and organisational needs of clients, with the ability to provide transformational change of a high order.

The aim is to positively support the leadership and management objectives of client organisations.

Abby is currently completing her Doctorate of Business Administration. Her PhD thesis in the area of Leadership and Strategic Decision-Making at Corporate Board level, through the Innovation Unit (Business and Positive Psychology), Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong.

In 2004, Abby was one of 12 people in the world to complete a Masters of Applied Science, Coaching Psychology, University of Sydney. The world’s first university post-graduate degree in Coaching Psychology. Abby has a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Psychology and Human Geography, and a Bachelor of Science and Technology, majoring in Risk Assessment and Risk Management.

For the past 21 years Mark has managed and consulted on some of the most successful large-scale transformations and restructures across Australia. This includes delivering bespoke solutions to clients across the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Media and Entertainment, Government, Publishing, Manufacturing & Finance industries in both major city and regional areas.

With over 30 years’ experience in marketing, general management and business consulting, Mark’s expertise includes minimising potential brand damage during large-scale restructures, risk minimisation and planning the optimum organisational framework post restructure.

After a successful career in Australia with Nestle, Motorola and Good Foods, Mark spent a decade consulting to Australian companies setting up operations in the United States. He ran a leading health and sports nutrition business before returning to Australia.

Approached to join Morgan & Banks, Mark managed and rebuilt the consumer team in the recruitment division. Shortly afterwards, he was offered the opportunity to replicate his successful results in the Career Transition Management group.

Since then, he has been at the forefront of leading a new direction in outplacement methodology and processes. He has been instrumental in developing PeopleNet as a strategic, solution-focused, result-orientated company that delivers to organisations and candidates alike. Mark is passionate in designing tailored solutions to protect client brands during major restructures and in ensuring that impacted employees receive totally individualised career transition solutions to suit their distinct needs and objectives.

Mark holds a Master of Management, Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

STORY

EST. 2003

PeopleNet exists to support organisational leaders and employees successfully transform. To navigate change, increase performance and optimise growth, through expert led change management, career transition management and executive coaching.

It was a client who suggested working under the umbrella of a US based outplacement provider was getting in the way of solution optimisation, preventing delivery of a bespoke expert offering, saying, “We want to work directly with an expert, not be sold to by an offshore group who is offering an assembly-line solution.” And with that the first PeopleNet client relationship was established.

Starting out in the large-scale transformation space of restructuring, change management, career transition management and outplacement, PeopleNet forged bench-marked strategies and processes, actuating desirable outcomes. Driven by client demand, PeopleNet grew to include Executive Coaching and Senior Leadership Team Building and Development capabilities over the past 15 years. This division has grown to become a significant part of the PeopleNet offering.

PeopleNet have an extensive history of helping clients navigate turbulent times in the Australian business landscape. Since the millennium PeopleNet have supported blue-chip organisations successfully manage large-scale restructures, offshoring, and operation closures. More recently, PeopleNet has supported organisations to navigate the post-pandemic economic landscape and globalisation challenges. Expertise and agility enable PeopleNet to pivot with their clients, designing solutions that transform organisations during the most challenging times.

For over 21 years, PeopleNet has managed some of the largest restructures in Australia, including a large-scale restructure with 2000+ impacted employees in one company on one day. PeopleNet retains an impeccable track record of supporting 100% of those employees to successfully secure re-employment.

Benchmarked Agile Transformation

PeopleNet have led the way in supporting clients to undertake Global Agile Transformations since 2019. We have partnered with clients to design best practice agile transformation, mitigating engagement, retention, and brand risks during the arduous change management process. We have coached and developed Senior Leadership Teams on how to navigate the challenges and complexity during this transformation, making the change part of the organisation’s DNA and a steppingstone to further growth and innovation. Our strategies and process have been acknowledged as best practice by global management teams, benchmarking our design against other regions and processes globally.
